Thank you for visiting PTEntry.com. We provide online registration services for track & field and cross country meets. Entries are captured through our system and then exported into a format that imports directly into Hy-Tek Meet Manager or FinishLynx LynxPad.

Our system provides an easy to use interface with several features that will make everyone's meet experience easier. We thoroughly test the web site out daily and create new features we feel will benefit our users. We also have 24/7 support for any coach that needs assistance with registering into a meet.

Hosting your meet on our web site is more affordable than any of our competitors. We do not charge per athlete, like other similar web sites. We have a flat $35 fee per meet and you get the following features for that price:

  • Unlimited entries allowed at no additional price.
  • Download your entries whenever you choose to.
  • Coaches can add their own teams.
  • You specify registration open and close dates.
  • You can limit the amount of registrations (per team and overall).
  • Coaches can send you messages through the web site (without knowing your e-mail address).

Want Your Own Entry System sss?

We also provide entry systems for timers, meet directors, or anyone who wants to provide an online registration service for several meets per year. You get all the great features of PTEntry.com (including all future upgrades) but with your own color scheme and your name displayed at the top of the site. Only your data (meets, coaches, teams, and results) will be shown on your site. You can charge other people to post there meets on your site or you can offer the service free. It's up to you. Your system will be hosted on our fast web servers and maintained by our technical staff to ensure no errors occur for you or your coaches. Stop wasting money paying other sites per meet.
